We are a specialist manufacturer of a wide range of solid hardwood doors.
These cannot de-laminate as they are constructed of solid hardwood, as opposed to an engineered door which consists of a core and is then covered in a veneer skin.
Sunshine Manufacturing has produced many thousands of these doors with great success.
Our solid hardwood doors are manufactured according to SANS 545 (South African National Standards for Doors) where specified, and our FLB range undergoes monthly testing to ensure quality.
Our manufacturing processes are audited and inspected by SATAS (South African Technical Auditing Services – where specified) to ensure that the standards and test procedures are met and adhered to.
