Why should we care? Being in the timber manufacturing industry for 30 years, we know how important service is. Interest today ... moving on to option 2 tomorrow. 

People are moving at an extremely fast pace. If you don’t quote them on their project ASAP, and if you don’t show passion and care ... why would they start a business relationship with you? You need to stand out from the rest! That’s our goal!

The “How”

We love working with different people from all walks of life. That includes huge corporates, lifestyle estates, developing communities and last but definitely NOT LEAST the people that create the very homes we live in – local construction companies. 

Whether it’s a big or small construction company, it’s important for us to develop a relationship where trust is involved. Where construction companies can trust us with quality products that we manufacture for them, namely trusses, doors, door frames, custom joinery, windows and so much more! 

Good quality joinery made with skilled workmanship from good quality wood. It needs to last a lifetime, holding a home together, in Grand and Small designs ... depending on the joinery or trusses chosen. 

We value efficiency when it comes to our service, making sure that we deliver on time (within the limit of our control) and help to keep your site rolling. We do all of this, not only because we want you to choose us again and again but also because we care. We care about our reputation; we care about our clients.

So, is caring overrated?

Caring is definitely not overrated – care goes a long way when dealing with big and small companies.
